We are leaving for the romantic old town of Bordeaux in France today, joining Mara and Thomas sweet escapade. This shootings is probably one of the most delicate that I have ever seen, swoon over how the photographer perfectly immortalized their lovely feelings for each other. So. Much. Cute!
The Bride has been beautifully prepared by Nadine and Virginie’s professional hands, she looks incredible, and if you notice the groom’s gaze at Mara.. too adorable!
Laura and Elise, the wedding planners, thought about every little detail to make this moment look like perfection.
“It was in 2010, they were carefree, studying, having fun, being young in Bordeaux. From across the Alees Tourny, in the heart of Bordeaux, their gazes met and a it was love at first sight.
Far away from their homelands, in the romantic atmosphere of the old town, their encounter would flourish into sweet love. Once back in Berlin, their love continued to grow. Mara and Thomas had found hapiness together and soon they became inseparable. Four years later, he proposed and asked her to join him on an elopement back to Bordeaux where their story started.
It was a trip down on their memory lane, to a land that Mara and Thomas both love so much.
Indeed, the bordeaux region is beautiful and steeped in tradition, renowned for its history but even more for its fine wines. The couple love Bordeaux for its poetic and rich character.
They stayed at Hôtel de Sèze. A refined historical Bordelaise house, giving even more typical french feeling to their escapade. “I did not chose this Hotel by chance” said Thomas “I was looking for a place that reflected all the beautiful qualities that my wife to be, embodies. The refined simplicity of this 18th century inspired hotel, related by charm and grace.
“Mara is elegance incarnated, she is particularly fond to the soft charms of France”.
A well organised trip: first a little time for each other to get ready for their intimate moment, then a romantic candlelight dinner, the ceremony and finally, precious time together in the night of Bordeaux.
